It could very well be. Can't see or measure the sway bars. The interior was more common than you think, and even if it's diamond silver with that interior doesn't make it a dead ringer. My car for instance has that interior and is diamond silver, has the larger sway bars, etc but the COA says it isn't.
Right now that car is a good buy if the floors or suspension pan aren't soft. I really like that car. If I had the dough I would get it. '75s are growing on me.
I would bet that it is though.
