I got this car in a package deal and only needed interior parts and therefore, there is very little interior left in it. I can throw in some power 928 Porsche seats that I took out of mine but they're going to need recovered. The car does not run and I don't know why, nor have I ever tried. HOWEVER, it does have the 5.0 liter engine and the automatic transmission is still in it. The intake runners were taken off and painted an ugly blue but they're all there. I believe it would be best used for parts (i.e. body, wheels, engine, transmission, etc.) or a drag car. It has the early 928 wheels as shown in the night time pictures not the later style wheels. Sunroof, rear a/c car and looks like it's all still there. New looking bilstein adjustable coil overs on it. Ignition is in the car but rear hatch lock is gone, I don't know where it is. Cluster is out but I have it. Was trying to track something on circuit panel and used it as a reference. The car has 3 long keys that all fit the igition. The car is prepped for paint and is very straight but does not have the front bumper. I do have a fiberglass one that I will sell separately that will fit with some fitment. Center section of rear spoiler is missing.
The parts alone are worth 1000's (headlights, headlight motor, brakes, doors, windows, wheels, new shocks, engine, heads, transmission, etc.) but I don't have time to part it out. No battery, no title, no wasting my time.
You may be to apply for a title but I do not know that process. The story I was told was that the owner dropped it off at a shop to have work done on the car. He never paid and the shop kept the car. That was over 5 years ago. The guy I got it from had a 928 already and got this one from the shop and was going to take 2 cars and make one but he never did so he sold them to me as a pair. I am restoring the other one and I don't need anything else from this car but it's mostly there if you just need the drivetrain or the shell.
