Did she use the silly plastic ones that look like a cigarette or did she get a quality kit?
If the plastic ones they suck and I'm surprised she even made it a month.
A good local retail shop that can set her up with a kit that she is comfortable with goes a long way.
Still some people don't take to them. Have a friend who after a year still does both.
