and i specifically list pilot error as a very probable cause as well. esp pilot error when confronted with it being 2am, and equipment malfunction/failure.

my only point has really been that there isn't some massive conspiracy here. there are perfectly reasonable accident/error/failures/suicide causes at work here that are far more probable.
