Can't tell much from the pictures. It was a no sale on Ebay in Feb at $24,950. That ad has better pictures, but still nothing of the engine bay or underside -- draw your own conclusions on that.

Its had at least 5 owners since 2002. Was in New Jersey in 2002.
Sport seats that look like they were recovered. Amateur Steering wheel repair. Otherwise it looks pretty strong cosmetically. Apart from the head unit, it looks dead stock. Given the mileage, I expect it has been repainted -- especially the front clip, which shows no apparent rock chips. An unpossibility at the mileage. Nothing leaps out at me from the gaps or body panels.
That paint looks almost purple-ish, with a heavy flake -- but maybe that is normal for metallic black under that type light. If it is not factory color, or a worse job than it appears in the pictures, that would be a pretty big hit.
Two things leap out. First, the relatively high miles at 180k -- and I will guarantee those are not original. The carfax shows it was at:
175,500 in 2002.
180,495 in 2006
180,565 in 2008 when it was titled as "mileage exempt" in Florida.
Now showing 180,489? No telling how many miles are on it. But over 200k is a fair guess.
Second, zero mention of maintenance, no shots of the engine or underside, and a revolving ownership door over the past 10 years. That screams deferred maintenance, and potentially significant mechanical work needed.
I think it is probably an $18-22k car --largely based on the cosmetic condition -- with the top end of the range being optimistic.
I bet a physical inspection and PPI would show major oil leaks, weak transmission, etc -- that would lean me more toward the bottom of that range.
