I do not have a cat. I have headers (with an O2 sensor) and M&K muffler. Air-to-Fuel readings were taken at the tailpipe. Builder is checking cam timing. Yes, at 6,000 RPMs the mixture is reasonable, but my first concerned about the 4 to 5,000 range where it is very high. I'm concerned about engine damage. However, you are correct--this will not effect the relatively low HP at 6,000 RPMs.
