I enlarged it a bit and lightened it up in an effort to see if I could figure out that horizontal line on the passenger side down low that is lighter.
1. It could be light reflecting off the surface of the road from the left side of the vehicle because it is higher off the ground than a Taurus Wagon should be. But I don't think that's what it is because it doesn't line up with the shadow of the left side of the car at the rear, underneath the bumper.
2. It looks like there is something bright to the right of the vehicle in or on the edge of that grass area that could be reflecting that horizontal line onto the vehicle's lower body panel. If you draw a line from the light on that pole on the other side of the vehicle to the light area on the edge of the grass, it should be obvious that the reflection would go onto the right side of the vehicle in that lower panel.
So my guess is that it's a car and not an SUV with the light shining underneath it.
You could perform some tests with different vehicles. It looks like the vehicle is almost exactly in the center of that "lane," too... judging by where the left rear tire's silhouette is in comparison with where the front tire seems to be (in relation to the edges of the road).
That was fun. Let us know what you come up with.
