Well done for an emergency repair, and good luck finding another roof that color matches. I suspect white will be an easier color than say a red which is more fade prone.
If it takes too long to find one, you might even "upgrade" to a magnetic sign large enough to cover the opening. At least you could take it off and reapply it as necessary.
