Congrats on the bike, but with others I'll caution that good gear costs and is worth it. I would also keep a hard eye on all fluids with it, as new rubber and oil is only the beginning (think brake calipers/lines, fork and shock seals, shaft drive and rear end seals, etc.). Anything stored for years can be problematic (and typically the owner of a $2k bike isn't going to invest in proper storage techniques like the owner of a $100k collectible).
