Jim we have been getting some nibbles but the bites are lacking. That's okay, I don't expect a fast sale, just hoping for one.
Glen, yeah that is a theme. I am beat and need a couple of days to decompress, I have a loaded couple of weeks heading my way that include two trips to NJ.
