My 70 T Targa has the optional S gauges (also listed on the original window sticker for $40) but does NOT have the additional front-mounted oil cooler.
Interestingly, mine has the 14" Fuchs which were an option, but those are NOT listed as an option on the same window sticker. Perhaps the dealer put them on originally, but again, no record of that either. I am the second owner, so don't know all the car's history.
