I remember a post somewhere on the Forum by Walt discussing the various leaks in this area. if I find it, I will send it to you.
I found a light steel brush on the Dremel to work an absolute treat. It did not scour the surface but it was strong enough to remove all of the gunk that had caked around the posts on the mating surface. It went far quicker than lying on your back with sand paper. Seal now fitted snug with 8Nm torque on the nuts.
I am still working on a host of other parts so will only refill and test next week. I will let you know how it goes.
