The Pelican Inn is very picturesque, very much like a British pub in the country. (Good name, too.) I've never stayed there, so I have no idea how their rooms are. But it seems like a very nice place to stay. Another picturesque place is Inverness. Eat at Vladimir's and stay at 10 Inverness Way. My wife and I have done that and enjoyed it very much.
