These are usually settled on the steps of the courthouse. At that point Porsche will buy the car back and ship it to another state for sale as a used car. We get a lot of them here in Florida. Some states require that it be disclosed that the car was a lemon law buy-back. Some states do no require that. 2 guesses about which choice Porsche will make.
