Lives in Connecticut - they have a lemon law arbitration procedure. He makes it out like Porsche is trying to screw him. If he just did it and made his case (without being the dick he openly acknowledges he is) he might get his purchase price back. Also, if he's so disappointed with Porsche why is he willing to take another car in exchange? I'd sure like to have him as a neighbor.
