Truth is we don't(or won't know the whole story) but let's break it down a bit. The car seems to be 2013..we're in 2014. He has a laundry list of mishaps..with videos to prove what is happening. Let's say he does have 30k miles...should he have water entering his car which is ONE YEAR OLD? Honestly I understand part of your point...he SHOULD be in court by now. If it does go to court it becomes public record, which in my eyes is worst than handling inhouse. From a safety standpoint the car should be taken off the road. Shame to see a higher end mfg not stepping up to the plate like they should.
