After receiving the replacement valve part referenced above, I am pleased to say this problem has been corrected. The cel code p0446 has not reappeared, after 200+ miles of driving and have restarted the hot car 6+ times with no issue. Thanks to all that provided direction and the ultimate solution. Probably saved me hundreds of dealer/indy diagnostic dollars by putting this $94 part in, which only took five minutes!
