Reports are that cargo was apparently unsecured and thus shifted.

The captain then delayed the order to abandon ship by at least 30 minutes - which essentially led to many being trapped below deck....and potentially killed.

They were unsuccessful in pumping air inside the capsized vessel so tomorrow are going to bring three ships in with cranes to try and re-right the ship.

Personally - I don't know why they didn't cut the exposed portion of the hull open with torches to gain access....

This is very tragic - most lost were teenagers.
