Lesson of the day: set up before the turn.
Sooo the Widowmaker nickname made some more since to me today.
Took quite the spin today.
It wasn't a particularly sharp turn nor was I going too fast. I've taken it faster in the X. But I was accelerating and as the turn began I also began shifting into second, midway through I began loosing it. Acted too slow with the counter steer.
Got very close to a curb but thankfully nothin else around. It wouldn't start for about a minute and I ended up pushing it while trying to start it. Eventually it did. And I got out of there!
Wow. What a close call.
Be in the right gear before the turn. And take the liftoff oversteer warning seriously.
