UCF offers a Batchelor's of Applied Science in software development. Project management, programming in a few languages, some business stuff, and more gened requirements. No math beyond college algebra and statistics needed, so I can actually get in
Even better is that my AS is a feeder degree into it, and I can take a lot of classes via work at no cost.
