Actually, Pratt & Miller's C7R was deemed GTE eligible in late February. Probably see one in GTE-Am
after Le Mans.
ACO reps never come to the States before the season starts, almost always to the first race. In '07 they came to Sebring to inspect our Acura/HPD/Courage LMP2 car to make it eligible for Le Mans, ELMS, and WEC. All they really look at is the driver seating position, air box, and tow points. Everything else they already had with checked off with technical docs.
Don't know whats up with SRT cars. Too bad they can't sell any road cars. That spells death to the racing program. Thats too bad…...
