these things are jewelry. I'd be the first to admit that campy stuff from this era maybe doesn't work as precisely as shimano, but damn the stuff is beautifully finished. They simply don't make things like this anymore. I have read that these Delta brakes have some advantages when you're riding in a large peloton. They do have a very progressive feel. And yes, it's a off-sized hex key you need to tighten the cable pinch bolt.
