I believe the original 1 wire (which we all should replace) is 13mm, the replacement 2-wire is 14mm? someone should be able to confirm this...

I'm about to replace mine and i plan on snipping the wire on the old one to remove it and then slot an old 14mm socket to install the new one. I'm not at home so I can't measure the new one that is on the workbench.
