That's the most rediculous description of oversteer I have EVER heard of!
Oversteer is a condition when the slip angle of the rear tires is greater than the slip angle of the front tires.
Also: staying on the brakes will not help: with oversteer, gentle application of the throttle can help counter the sliding effect.
Sounds like a bunch of 11th graders hoping to start driving soon.
