275s will be fine but a bit pinched on the back. I have 265 16s on my stock fuchs which are only 8" wide. You have tons of tire options in 17.
Do a search on the main 911 forums for the rota wheels. They are very similar to the euromiesters and I know there are a couple 930s with them.
