If the seller says nothing when you are obviously taking pictures of license and vin, I would not worry about it. Posting the vin works well at preventing secrets from staying secret.
US 86 with last 4 digits of vin 1000+ is 86.5 with S4 brakes and suspension.

Its red, the paint might buff out VERY nice.
Seats look good, maybe very good.
Fair chance the stuff preventing it from starting are all things that should be replaced anyway.
Bad.
Junk title is worse than salvage, I would want details before considering fixing it.
Hood and hatch have alignment issues.
Its a parts car in my opinion, but as an 86.5, if the parts are original, its got value.
