I found a pair of Bridgestone Potenza's at Tire Rack for the rear of my car. They were the ONLY "street" tires I could find anywhere. They don't match the tread pattern of the front tires, but they seem to work just fine. I guess I'll be keeping an eye out for some 17 inch rims for the next time..........
(By the way, the problem isn't just for our Porsche cars---I've also got an 87 Corvette with 16 inch rims that is about due for tires, which are also hard to find in the correct size.....)
