While this has probably been discussed in the past, what the hay!
While I am never out to "impress" anyone out driving the 911 I do really love the reaction from kids, especially boys between 9-12 yrs. old. I can be cruising past some boys playing ball and the bat hits the ground, their mouths are all open and many times I get a multiple thumbs up!
I have received many "drive by" requests from the young onlookers from "burn out man" to "cool car".
It just amazes me that kids know the shape of a 911. I guess it shouldn't though because when I was their age I would practically break my neck to get a glimpse of a 911 I loved them and didn't know why (I do now!). Of course those were the days of: space food sticks, tang, and burger chef and jeff. I used to be cool to set in your car and eat, now the cops tell you to move along. Damn I am getting old.
