Daughter is doing a internship in Asia for three months.

She has iPhone 5
We have Samsung Galaxy S2 (me) and a Samsung Note (wife).
Time difference may make this impractical but...
Is there anyway we can facetime between the two (iPhone to Samsung)? My brother has deep pocket so his family is on AT&T and has iPhone's and I have seen them do facetime on holidays with his kids.
Facetime = iPhone to Android yes/no?
PS, Would a Samsung Galaxy 4 be able to facetime with an iPhone? (my chance to lobby for an upgrade from my S2
)
