I would think nothing of buying this car with a replacement engine.
As JFP said -- just as good/bad as the original.
Actually this engine could be a tad better then possibly the original 2005 engine depending on whether the first one had the upgraded porsche IMS bearing. However it will not be thusly third party upgradeable.
