Yep, I second the self-employment route, if, and only if, you have enough working capital to sustain you modestly for the first 6 months. Only as a self-employed person can you realise your full potential- I speak as one who has owned my own small business(es) since 1979 and has had my share of ups and downs along the way( and they were all down to me in the final analysis).
