You are correct and I appreciate the semantics. So normally aspirated function is fixed fuel pressure at atmospheric. What is the flow rate (rhetorical) ?

Now add boost to the manifold with the reference port. What does the flow rate do?

Does the rate of flow increase?

Yes.

The function I explained in the same paragraph demonstrates a correct understanding of this pressure increase. Now we're just playing word games.
