I have found one of the greatest forms of "therapy" has been some form of daily exercise.
I don't go to the gym to get buff...I simply do a 15-20 light routine on several machines, and it improves my outlook on everything. I also threw sugar out of my life about 10 years ago(no more soda, eat significantly less meat(and enjoy it more when I do).
If you golf, try that, even a 9-hole once a week, or anything else that may get you outside and moving.
Hooking up with old friends and staying in touch...also good for positive outlook.
