I hope what you have shared in the post above is NOT a cut/paste from the document you're submitting because it is rife with misspelling, bad grammar, poor punctuation, etc, etc.
If it's just a "synopsis" that you typed up for us quickly; all good. But if that's what you're planning on submitting to the courts, PLEASE proofread it much more thoroughly!
