You need to make a conscious decision to be happy/content. I know it sounds corny and I will admit it's easier to be a coach than a player on this but it's still true. Think on it, try it, get back to me. Stop being angry....it really is that simple.

The momentary fulfillment that comes from being properly and justifiably pissed off is drug that will keep you from taking the right fork in the road. Stop enjoying being pissed off, it's not worth it.
