My 915 shifting quality improved remarkably when I changed to Swepco 201, but I guess it was already good to start.
Some yrs ago, I added a spring between the coupler and the transmission tunnel in order to have a clearly defined neutral plane, and since, there's no hesitation or mistake when selecting 4th.
