Originally I thought I had synchro issues on my 915 ('84 Targa) - and perhaps I still do, but after installation of the Seine Shiftgate, new transmission fluid - standard PennOil 75W90 I think it is, new stock coupler bushings, a bit of fiddling with the alignment between the shift rod and the coupler, and can honestly say - sweet. Now on occasion when the operator does something stupid, it CAN be forced into the wrong gear, but certainly not because the system wants to do it - likely more operator day-dreaming.

Was going to get transmission work done (might still in the next couple of years), but certainly no need that I see at this point.
