Seems he would have a cell phone also, everyone does. Only excuse for not at least popping in might be a very serious family crisis.

Hardly a dollar amount worth ripping anyone off for, if he got any money. Still, he owes it to you folks and the integrity of the board members to start communicating again. If he can't handle the task, he should pass it on to one of you.
