3.0 SC TT Enging & 930 Trans into 964?
I have a fresh 3.0 SC TT engine modified with twin K16gs, Haltech EFI, JE pistons, coil on plug ignition, etc mated to a shortened 930 trans. My 964 coupe has the original 3.6 needing a rebuild (oil leaker). The car is also Tiptronic which I cannot stand. The engine transplant should be straight forward other than potential header interference. Does anyone know what will be required to mate the 930 trans to the 964 shell (i.e. mounting bracket,shift linkage, trans axles, etc)? I realize a G50 swap will be best but really do not want the spend the $ when I have a strong gearbox. Thanks
