Cliff, you are just getting old bud.
Work has been killing me, and the last time I rode my bike was over 3 1/2 weeks. This morning, around 80 degrees, I went out to try and blow off some steam. did my usual 35 miles with a 4 mile hill ( I hate that freaking hill) and drank two bottles of waters. I was hurting near the end. When I got home, ate something and fell asleep on the floor in my riding clothes. My kids woke me up about two hours later because they want to go get ice-cream. 50 is is going to nip me in the butt in a few years, I hear its going to get worst.
