I went racing once...
I pi55ed blood for a week (even with a kidney belt on, and held down with a 5 point harness).
It was fun but I don't know if I'd do it again.
I'm not sure about the tree that exploded into the cockpit and tried to pierce my shoulder though. That was a bit worrying.
