Hilariously sarcastic as that is...It's very close to the truth! I've run my A/C maybe five days in three years...and the heater only marginally more. Their are zero flying insects other than the occasional fly or mosquito, and the ocean breeze blows them inland. I have an acre of avocados and citrus, and my neighbor grows Pinot Noir!
