OK we hear about these kinds of arrests every day.....but what caught my attention in this story is these 2 criminals between them have 90 felony and 50 misdemeanor arrests.
Why aren't they in prison?
I realize an arrest is not the same as a conviction but wouldn't you think out of 90 felony and 50 misdemeanor arrests the criminal justice system would be able to get 'em locked up?
