My gut says you have a rarity as it has duplicate pressings but the labels are different for each side. There used to be a vinyl record expert, that would give his opinions of record values, who appeared on Los Angeles FM radio station KLOS years ago. He would know but, unfortunately, I don't know his name. I will try to find out, and maybe someone reading this remembers or knows a similar expert.

Edit: A little research reveals mispressings are not that rare, and sometimes completely different artists are on the two sides. A lot depend on the popularity of the artists, and certainly the Beatles are popular.
