I haven't been here on Pelican for a while, but I can say without checking that Grady was easily involved more than once in my last 20 threads. I've never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, but never the less I consider him a friend for all that he's shared with me.
As I've gotten older I've come to appreciate that the value of life isn't in the things that you collect (dare I say that on a Porsche forum?
), or even in your accomplishments -- all of which fade with time. It's in the people that you touch and the impact that you make in their lives, and the things that you help them accomplish. These actions than live on through the people that you've touched and how they than do the same for others. In this regards Grady continues to be a champion.
My prayers will be for Grady and those close to him during this difficult time.
