When I was 17 I had a 944 with a bad clutch. I had changed the oil, replaced the shift lever and waxed it. That was the limit of my car experience. So I borrowed a garage at a house that was being renovated, rounded up my 1940's JH Williams tool set and modified a $30 ford clutch plate to work in the 944. I spent the whole damn weekend in that freezing garage but Sunday afternoon I had a usable set of wheels.
If you're so inflexible and indifferent when it comes to the upkeep of your oh so vital piece of transportation equipment how are you going to have the tenacity to achieve a 10x return in just a year?
