I have been a collector or "private hoarder" as some call it, for over 30 years and I just dont understand this way of thinking. I have bought some of my best cars from guys that look every day for the really good cars, and if I like the car and the price I did not give a hoot if they got it for free!!! I got a good car at a price I was happy with, and he made money. So what!
So let me get this straight? If I just bought a 69 S for 10K and said I wanted 100K would you be happy to buy it for that?? Or salty that I would make some money??? I would buy that car all day long, shake your hand and tell you thank you!!!!
