He would have done better, had he used a ribeye. There's a place here in town that does that. The guy opens for a couple hours a few days a week. If he likes you, you have a nice lunch. If he doesn't like you, out the door you go, no burger for you. Sort of like an old speakeasy, which is ironic in that the building he's in used to be just that. And other things...

F'ing fantastic burgers. Not cheap.
