Regular grease is fine. All friction surfaces are bronze-on-steel so there are none of the squeaky problems of ordinary poly bushings, no need for special grease.

Re-greasing once a year or 10,000 miles should be fine.

They do not fit on Sway-a-way spring plates. Sway-a-ways have a different size shaft, in fact the inner and outer are not even the same diameter. I think the plate may also be a bit thicker.
