That's my plan and yes, the sink undermounts. On the edges, I am strongly considering leaving them raw or at most, only cleaned up. I might like the contrast of the rough inside edges with the polished top.

$200 to get it cut and drilled, include polishing.

Just got an email, my faucet is on one week backorder, which will certainly be 2-3. I guess more time for paint and finding the right toilet. Almost scored a brand new Porcher at 30% but it has a scalloped base...opposite of modern. Also have to figure out new doors for the vanity. Dropping the 1/4" aluminum plate idea, might just do MDF with sharp edges and potentially make handles out of Al C-channel.
